He began his career in the financial industry 26 years ago right out of North Georgia College, where he earned his degree in Business Administration. When asked what he does, he answers with a smile, \u201cI help people! \u201c The secret to his success has been, \u201cI treat people the way I would want to be treated.\u201d Anyone that has been to his office knows Joseph likes the water and diving trips in his spare time.
